Position Overview
Digisigns is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join the team as a Sign and Vinyl Production Specialist. The role involves both in-shop production work and on-site installations. This role involves cutting, trimming, and applying adhesive tape to vinyl graphics which requires standing for extended periods.
We're looking for a candidate who is reliable, with high-energy, and a willingness to learn. You must be comfortable working in various environments and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify project files to prepare for vinyl cutting
- Apply vinyl graphics, including weeding, applying adhesive tape, and trimming
- Coordinate with project owners to prepare for installation
- Ensure all necessary documents and materials are ready for on-site installation
- Manage tool inventory and report any supply needs
- Travel locally in the Palm Beach County area to apply graphics to windows and vehicles or deliver signage
- Document completed installations with photographs
Qualifications
- Proficient with hand tools, including cutting knives and scissors to cut and trim materials accurately and safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and attention to customer service
